What I do

Research

Grounded in organizational behavior, with a focus on occupational commitment, extra-role behavior, and the management of professional work.

Seminar

I teach organizational behavior and theory and supervise both undergraduate and graduate students, with an emphasis on research exercises connected to external study groups and data science events.

I host Management & AI Commons Osaka—lightning talks and work sessions on AI, management, and organizations in Osaka.

Students and visitors are welcome to discuss research, graduate study, or Management & AI Commons Osaka. Visitors may come without an appointment, though I may occasionally be away from the office; please email in advance to confirm that I will be in. Consultations may also be held online.
